You Agree That ShadowTech, LLC Has Not Promised You Anything other than what you agreed to purchase. You Understand that there has been no other promises made to you oral and/or written by ShadowTech, LLC. You further understand that ShadowTech, LLC cannot and will NOT guarantee you any specific result(s).

You understand that ShadowTech, LLC is always doing security updates to our server and all corresponding software. You understand that ShadowTech, LLC takes no responsibility for any password loss or damages thereof.

You Understand that the one-time yearly fee of $30 dollars is non-refundable. You Also Under Stand that there will be a $50 Refund Fee For All Refunds

You agree that there is a 14 day money back guarantee . If no refund attempt has been made with-in the 14 days, then you will be obligated to the purchase price specified on the confirmation page at checkout point.

Lock Out Policy

You Understand that failure to pay your balance before the due date will result in total account lock-out until the balance is paid in full. There will be an additional fee of $50 for re-instating the account back to proper status. You also understand that the terms and conditions maybe changed at anytime. If a change is made, then you will be notified of the changes and an e-mail will be sent to you. Please Allow 24 hours for complete configuration and setup of your new e-commerce store.

You understand that ShadowTech, LLC e-commerce software does not store any credit card numbers. You understand that all transactions will be processed by PayPal. You will be responsible for ALL transaction fees as described by PayPal via the following link

In Order to transfer your domain name to your new server you must setup your domain pointers to use our DNS server list .
(Will be sent in an e-mail).

In the case your password and / or username has been compromised you can submit your request for a password reset by submitting a request to support@ecomcarthosting.com Your request will be received and reset with in 24 hours

If you do think that there has been a hack attempt on your site, we ask that you contact us A.S.A.P. at Our Support Center. You can also contact us live at our phone tech support number listed in your account on the main menu.

Commission Based E-Commerce Software Terms

In addition to the terms already specified, please be aware that for your new commission based software some terms do not apply as where some additional terms do.

By accepting your new commission based e-commerce software you understand that there will be no refund fee for cancelation of your free
e-com software. In addition the $30 yearly fee only applies if there has been an SSL Certificate issued. You understand that the 10%
pre-approval commission rate maybe adjusted during the approval process. You understand that the percentage agreed to in the approval process is fixed and cannot be adjusted without prior approval by you (the merchant) and ShadowTech, LLC associates. You also understand that you commission rate is that of final sale cost per item sold for that month
